As far as highpoints, Jerimoth Hill is a low point.  I say that for a multitude of reasons.  Number 1, it IS low (#49 on the list of 50).  Number 2, you cannot reach the actual highpoint, so you have to visit the side of the highway.  Number 3, they did not even bother to put the marker at the highest point on the road.  Number 4, it's pretty ugly!  Obviously we do not have a shot of the geodetic.

That said, our visit gave us the ability to check the box for another highpoint.  We will probably go back at some future date to access the "official" highpoint.  I appreciate the landowners providing access even in a limited fashion.
