Campbell Hill has its difficulties as a highpoint, but they are not related to height or climbing issues.  We spent about twenty minutes trying to reach someone at the "Hi Point Vocational Center" to obtain the neccesary permission to drive onto the campus.  Finnally I left a messsage in a voice mail box and proceeded.  Outside of some maintenace workers, we saw no other people.

I was surprised there was a view at all, based on the comments of other highpointers, but you can actually look out over part of the Ohio Valley.  It's not Denali, but it is #34 for us.  They did have a logbook and some pamphletts on other local attractions.

Notes for other highpointers - the area is fenced off and obviously not accessible outside of daylight hours.
