New Jersy's highpoint (High Point) has nice views considering the limited height.  On the day we were there, the tower was closed, but we were able to reach the geodetic as shown below. The pictures were up being a little blurry (ended up getting a new camera), but they give some idea of the view.  The park was supposedly charging a fee, but we were there very early on a Saturday morning and the lady waived us through.  I guess it is a nice "local" park, but we will probably not put on our list for a revisit.
