Panorama Point is very similar in nature to highpoints such as Mount Sunflower - basically gentle rolling hills with no distinguishing features. There is a marker to denote the highpoint - in this case I'm note sure who requests the donation, why it is requested, or what it is used for. The view is OK, but it is a long drive on dirt roads to reach it. You will have the opportunity to pass several unusual government facilities (concrete, antenas - gee, I wonder what they are?).
