At last - the "lowpoint" of the highpoints!!!  Britton Hill (Lakewood Park) is infamous with so many highpointers - "Have you been to Britton", I hear so many ask.  Now I can finally say that I have.  The state that ranks last in height and difficulty.  No nosebleeds here!

This is another "non-eventful" highpoint.  It is very non-descript - looking more like a blacktop rest stop than a highpoint.  On our visit we did not see a soul, or even evidence that this park is ever used for anything.  We might plan to come back during a category 4+ hurricane in hopes of elevating the difficulty rating for this highpoint.  "Yeah, I did Britton Hill and it was just ahead of Borah in difficulty.  We had to rope ourselves in and use ascenders for the last 100 meters due to the 140 knot winds.  We used pitons mounted into the highpoint marker to anchor for a picture."  Now THAT would be a story!!!!
